We act for a number of local, national and international insurers, self insureds and mutual funds for whom we strive to deliver:
- quality, personalised legal services;
- a fast response time; and
- cost-effective commercial advice and representation.
Since inception (the firm was formally known as Pynt + Partners and Denman Popperwell Lawyers), our philosophy has been that our services are best delivered by our experienced partners and senior lawyers, supported where appropriate by junior lawyers or clerks.
While our practice is focused on the provision of legal services to professionals in the legal and construction industries for which we appreciate that both insurer and insured require us to deal with issues quickly, efficiently, effectively and with discretion, we also accept instructions on general insurance matters, D & O claims, public liability and employers' indemnity matters.
Our aim is to have a clear appreciation of our clients’ approach to business and dispute resolution so that we are in the best position to give effective and practical commercial advice.
Director Sean Popperwell.
